Looking to diversify their product offering and revenue streams, HEAD fitness approached RDD to develop an all new line of small fitness equipment.

RDD helped to select key categories and using our Insight and Analysis work to establish the key features and functionality that would bring real value and differentiation to the consumer.

A new Industrial Design direction was required, to carry over the values of the HEAD brand into this diverse range of new items, and a new approach to Point of Sale to merchandise the new kit suitable for big box and smaller independent retailers.

RDD supported all stake holders in the projects, from Brand owners through to the diverse manufacturing base in Asia.
