Ford brand powertools case study

AN EXTREMELY CHALLENGING SERIES OF PROJECTS FOR THE FORD MOTORS BRAND LICENSE PROGRAM

All tools were carefully developed to reflect the best values of the Ford brand, through hand tools, Power tools and air compressors. Never content to have the brand used across ‘me too’ regular sourced items, RDD+ was hired to deliver a comprehensive range of products of real integrity. Working between the license holder and key stakeholders within the Ford Automotive Design Team in Detroit MI the RDD+ team developed an all-new design language suitable to carry the Ford brand forward in the Tools and Hardware category, before fully engineering every item and implementing them through into mass production.
